“I had a great experience with Poster Nerd. I ordered three posters for a conference where I was presenting, but unfortunately the shipment was delayed by UPS and it became clear that the posters would not arrive on time. Since I was traveling to Washington, D.C. for the conference, I was stressed about not having my presentation materials. I contacted Poster Nerd’s customer service team, explained the situation, and they immediately stepped in to help. They were very understanding, professional, and genuinely cared about solving the problem. They quickly reprinted all three posters and arranged delivery to my new address in Washington, D.C. I received the posters in less than 24 hours. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and I truly appreciate their responsiveness, kindness, and dedication to customer satisfaction.”

“Working with Crossmark was wonderful! Drea was patient with all of my questions, and I had a lot!! She responded quickly and made the ordering process easy. She explained everything that was needed to make the entire process, from start to finish, go smoothly. The turnaround was so fast. Within 24 hours of finalizing the order the banner was ready! I am blown away with the quality of the banner. It’ll be hung up outside and I have no doubts that it’ll look good the entire time!”

“Liked this FedEx outlet a lot. Our Orland Park location was closed for some reason, and this Tinley Park center was the next closest. We dropped in and had no trouble getting what we needed. The sales people were very helpful and friendly. We had also been looking for a place to get passport photos, but this place had a broken machine (just like our neighborhood outlet). I suspect the FedEx locations really don't want the passport photo business as it takes away time from what they are known for - packaging and shipping. This FedEx location is very good, give it a try.”

“Thank you, Anthony, for going above and beyond to help locate my package after it was mistakenly addressed to the wrong location. I truly appreciate your follow-up and your willingness to see the issue through to the end. It's clear that you genuinely care about your customers, and that level of service is becoming increasingly rare. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.”

“I needed to print some photo boards for a funeral recently, and the customer service that Donna provided was exceptional. Despite short notice, she made sure everything was done when we needed it, and she was super helpful explaining how to set everything up online.”
