Great place, great people and really easy to work with. They really do honor the lifetime warranty statement. Had work done in 2020 (over 3 years ago) to the front bumper area and they fixed a fog light issue I had within 30-45min of me bringing it in.Service: Body & Trim

My Lexus has been through three major freak accidents since December 9th of last year. Most recently, a deer crashed into my car just three weeks after receiving my vehicle back from the amazing repeat team led by repair technician, Mr. Alex in Tinley Park. I have never seen this level of customer service in any industry that I have engaged with in my entire life. Incredible customer service and superior repair service I'd what I received. From the front desk to the repair tram this location is top shelf! Alex exuded supreme customer service and his management team puts the e in excellence! I would highly recommend service king in Tinley Park for all your collision repair needs! Kudos all around to Master repair tech Alex and team! Simply the best!!!! Karen Coleman

Like a fast food drive thru. Repairs were mediocre. Had to return car twice as repairs were overlooked. Was told repairs were not going to be perfect. Thought the goal was to feel whole again. Wow! Advise to take vehicle elsewhere.

Service King is the best! They do great work. My Honda doesn't even look like it was in a accident. Service King made my car look brand new! They do very good job and kept me updated on the repairs. I definitely recommend Service King!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the service desk. He introduced himself and explained to me what he would be doing prior to my vehicle going in for repair. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I was kept informed verbally and by text of the status of my vehicle. There were between 2-3 updates per week. There was no hold time to speak to a representative when I called them. Once the repairs were completed, Rachel handed me my paperwork which outlined the work done and warranty. The vehicle was nice and clean. I was even able to leave the rental car there and she called it in that it had been returned. Awesome customer service. So wonderful that I requested additional service on my vehicle. I cannot remember all the names of those that assisted me but you guys really stood out. Thank you Service King!

The people there were nice, place was clean and offered water/coffee however it took them roughly a month to send my photo estimates to my insurance carrier, a month.I took photos on Feb 28, 2022 and called my insurance on March 25, 2022 to be told they hadn't recieved the estimate photos AND then I had to go back to take more pictures.I was not too happy.

First and foremost, this review is not a reflection of Jimmy. He provided the best customer service while I was there and if it wasn’t for him, I would have snapped a lot sooner. Now let’s begin.First, I bring my car in Sept 28. Rear end collision, significant damage to the back of my car (my insurance company decides not to total, but that’s another story)I get multiple phone calls around the end of October claiming my car “may” be ready on October 25 or the next day, or the next day. I know I was hit pretty hard, I was not rushing them. I had a rental. I am a law student. I have no time for uncertainty. I kindly let them know not to call me until my car was actually available for pick up, as I do have classes.Finally, my car is available for pick up on Nov 2—or so I thought. Yes, the fixed the rear end damage but that’s ALL they did. The interior was filthy. Clearly dust and debris from fixing the roof was scattered everywhere. The spill from the soda I had was still splattered and sticky across my rear view mirror and windshield. My interior light was pushed in as though someone had punched it and when I went to turn it on it fell to pieces in my cup holder and lap! That’s a completed job? A dirty car that’s falling apart? You better believe my car was right back at this location the very next day.Then, on Nov. 9, they claim to have fixed everything. I must admit my car was sparkling like it was brand new on the exterior. The interior left a much to be desired as a “full” detail. The real disappointment is my interior light looked as though I could snatch it right off the ceiling of the car as there was enough space for my acrylic nails to fit in the gap. The light itself still was punched in. Absolutely mediocre work. Again, I was in no rush to get my vehicle back. Why the rush job? Why the poor workmanship? I was absolutely disappointed and disgusted by the amount of times I’ve been to this location and STILL left in a rental.Today, Nov. 18 the light still isn’t in firmly but it no longer looks punched in. There is still space for my nail to fit underneath the light fixture. I took my car home today anyway as I am tired of schelping in rentals and I do not believe they can do any better.The true disappointment is I chose getting my car fixed at service kings specifically because in a previous vehicle, I went to the Skokie location a couple years back and had such amazing results that I thought I should trust them with my new baby. Huge mistake. I will tell anyone who asks me, while I think service kings does quality work, THIS location is a HUGE NEVER AGAIN. Very dissatisfied, very disappointed.I will be back as this work is supposed to be under warranty but it’s finals season and I don’t have time to be jerked around by people who clearly do not want to do their job.Thank you, Jimmy for your positive attitude and amazing customer service. Unfortunately, it did not outweigh my disappointment.

The fastest and high quality service ever. I took my car in for service, two days later my car was ready for pickup. That was amazing!!! I'm still shocked!! Jimmy and the other guy was awesome. Highly recommended to everyone. Come this location only.. Jimmy and the other guy will blow your mind.

Absolutely use this service king, they repaired my truck on time on budget ,and absolutely no B.S did a great job repairing my front bumper cover, Jimmy runs a tight ship, and big ol thank you to Jose for going way above and beyond and cleaning my interior , you didn't have to do it but truly appreciate the fact you did wish you guys many years of success and fruitful business, I'll definitely use your shop again, hope to see you again but not too soon.Services: Painting
