Shear Express is a local hair salon that offers a mixed experience. While some customers have reported excellent service from stylists like Kaitlyn and Jen, who provide great haircuts and color services, others have encountered rude and unattentive staff who ignored them upon arrival. The salon seems to cater well to families, with customers praising the nice and knowledgeable staff, especially for children's haircuts.
