“Ordered a large number of T-Shirts, and Polo Shirts. T-Shirts had logo screen printed onto them. Polo Shirts-name and logo had to be placed on them by Embroidery. Another Print Shop, told me the Embroidery was too complex and could not be done. The Plug not only added to my design for me but also was able to recreate every detail of it via Embroidery. Going through winter storms and very hot weather as well, still, no signs of damage or cracks.
Austin is amazing and very knowledgeable about this. Estimate was quoted quick and price was reasonable. All of it was prepared for me and when I arrived, only waited for about an hour and everything was ready for me.

“If I could give 6 stars, I would have. My 2007 Shelby GT 500 is 16 years old and over the years, the racing stripes and side decals began to show wear and tear. I purchased a replacement stripe kit through a different vendor and reached out to EGD for installation. I spoke with Kylie who was able to give me a quote via email and she walked me through the process. The team at EGD did a GREAT job removing the old, damaged racing stripes and replaced them with the kit I had purchased. The car looks like it just rolled off of the showroom floor and I couldn't be happier. Thanks again to Kylie and her team for knocking it out of the park. 6 STARS!!!”

I told him what it’s for and other details and he sent me some proofs we did a few tweaks here and there. Then loved the final product and it was ready the next morning. “Ruth at FedEx deserves far more recognition than she gets. I genuinely drive over 25 minutes just to come to this location because of the exceptional service she provides. After dealing with multiple FedEx locations in Orland Park, Mokena, and other surrounding areas where customer service has been disappointing, frustrating, and often unprofessional, Ruth is a breath of fresh air.
She consistently goes above and beyond for every customer who walks through the door. She is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about making sure things are done correctly. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to help, answer questions, and ensure everyone leaves satisfied.
Honestly, FedEx is incredibly lucky to have someone like Ruth. She sets the standard for what customer service should be.
