Today I visited this location. I am very disappointed in the behavior of staff at 315 pm. Instead of being helpful they watched me as though I was trying to steal. Never answered any questions I had and didn't even want to give me a bag. Unprofessional and very nasty and rude. Definitely need to be fired today

They definitely deserve it.
From the GREAT GOOD MORNING to the clean restroom. I wish I lived in the area I would definitely make thus my gas station if I did!!

I been going to speedway this one and the one I 183rd I never have problems until couple days ago the girl in there she very rude I buy some stuff and I ask her for bag and she thrgh the bag on the counter I ask here don't do this and you did it before you have to put the stuff in the bag she and she refused to do it and start screaming on me I told her it's your job to put the stuff in the bag she didn't like what I say and she told me you need your money back and don't come here again how is this possible I going for over 15 years she was rude and unprofessional if you think is to much for you don't work in gas station or with customer service it was disappointing me

This was my go to gas station every morning for the last 3 years. Sad to say this will be the last day I go there. The manager, Pamela, seems to have an issue with people in general. She made her wonderful assistant manager, Bonnie, address me about where I should be placing the cinammon bottle once i am done with it. So, I addressed the manager about this and she refused to speak with me regarding it and instead insisted that her assistant manager do it instead. It is terrible to force one of your best employees to do your dirty work. I truly hope that a new manager is put in to place for the sake of the wonderful employees who must work underneath her treacherous rule.

If the lottery people knew they were shutting down the lottery machine before 9pm it would be a problem. To tell a former 7/11 store manager y’all shut machine down early because of problems(real issue is they didn’t train the lady to use machine) when all you have to do was call the lottery board and someone would be out there the next day. So I used my lunch break to go get a ticket before the cut off and machine was off and I didn’t have time to go to another location.

I just stopped at this Speedway to use the restroom. The women's restroom was nicely decorated, clean, and smelled nice. I can tell someone put effort into it and wanted to acknowledge it with a review.

Once again the pumps have no receipt paper. I need a receipt because I fill up on the job. I don't have time to go inside & wait in line nor should I have to.

This gas station used to be the place to go until Michelle stopped working here. She was a doll. Always had an upbeat personality and treated everyone respectfully and with kindness. She got forced out of her job because her coworkers turned on her because they are a bunch of HATERS! Especially the caucasion employee with the beard and glasses. He's just rude and arrogant. I'm glad Gas n Wash are opening up in record numbers and when you enter there at least you get treated like a human being unlike this particular speedway gas station. It's no wonder the 'very few' good apples are fleeing from their jobs at speedway and joining the Gas n Wash gas stations for employment.

I used the soft cloth car wash. I paid for an extreme wash..extremely awful. There was so much soap left on my car I had to go to a different car wash . So much soap left on front and back windows it was running down the windows. My car was spotted from all the soap being left on it. What a joke. They got my money but they will never get it again !
