Continuously horrid experiences with the drive up feature. Orders are frequently missing items, rude drive up attendants, etc. I’ll spend my hard earned money at Costco instead.

I utilized the online delivery system to place an order , one of my items that cost 2.99 was substituted for an item that cost 34.99 instead. Attempted to return the item was given a hard time by customer service resulting in 2 trips there to rectify the situation. In addition once item was fully returned and refunded we saw the initial item was there and had been there the entire time but still substituted. The delivery service is suppose to be for convenience but instead we were inconvenienced and encounter rude employees during the return processes.

Lorena and Shena were so awesome and super helpful. I had a return and they took their time with me to help with the return even though I had misplaced the original box the item came in. These two ladies were extremely commendable for their efforts while another employee was so negative and didn’t want to help me. I won’t list her name. Thank Lorena and Shena you two are examples of why Target is my main store.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. They allowed one customer to leave with ALL copies of Onyx Storm collector’s edition. Ridiculous. Should’ve been 1 book per person so others could’ve gotten a chance to get one.

I ordered an item for pickup ! They gave me the order and the vinyl record was open and looked as if someone had already used it. I let the team member know which she then proceeded to go to the back of the store come back 10 mins later and tell me I would have to go get another from the shelf. I asked her which direction as to wear to walk and she told me to figure it out basically. I then asked for a manager who walked to the back of the store to look for it and he couldn’t find it either. I explained to the manager that if he could not find it being an employee how would ! The manager was great however the team member is the reason I will never order instore pick up again ! Horrible experience we spent 30 min looking for the vinyl which I should have never had to do!

I waited in line for 10 minutes at self-checkout to buy some items. I get all the way up there to scan my items and find out that they do not accept cash anymore at self-checkout. I look around and only three lanes are open with lots of people standing in line with lots of items so I just decided to leave my stuff and not buy anything. It's ridiculous that you can't accept cash at self-checkout anymore and I'm expected to wait in line for just a few items because you don't want to take my cash. I spend a lot of money at Target monthly and I will not be returning.

Used to love this location for picking up cards…spur of the moment groceries and home goods.. but i just walked in look f at cards and was followed for 25 mins by loss prevention … have never stolen from anywhere since i was a young teen… i know my patronage wont matter financially for target.. but this is why we need to push shopping local. walmarts and targets spend more on loss prevention than they do on better wages for there actual workers .. sad

Not enough handicap assist carts, even if it isn't busy. If the cart works at all, it shuts off everytime you hit the smallest bump, if you're lucky. 2 of them would just randomly stop and not get going again for several minutes. Recently tore my Achilles, and I've been stranded in the back of this store twice due to malfunctioning carts. The one good cart won't hold a charge, and dies after about 15m even though it'll indicate a full charge. Don't expect the asset protection people standing at the door to help either, they'll just pretend you don't exist. Other employees will just agree with you that they need new carts.
Putting painters tape and writing a note saying that the carts work but just stop occasionally doesn't fix anything. Kind of funny staring at the handwriting, saying it works, only to not be able to get the cart out of its parking space....

First off Target stopped taking checks. I didn't know and cashier wasn't sure. He called a front end person. She came over and was Very Rude. She said we don't take checks. I said since when? Reply, WE DON'T TAKE CHECKS. I am not deaf no reason to yell. I asked again, reply I told you we don't take checks. Lady behind me didn't know either. Why yell, just answer. Go figure target we be next to close the doors. The that rude lady can find another job. Teach your front end to talk nice. Also watch your drive up and go. Girl out there talking and smoking next to car. What giving your friend someone else's order. Not the first time I heard this happening here.

My experience has bell total hell. Bought a Playstation 5 it went out after a month; paid $60 for the warranty and their return policy is ridiculous because I have this item that cost about $500 and they aren't willing to work with me as the customer to solve this problem because of their return policy... don't get me wrong I understand why mostly why it's like that, but I've only had this Playstation 5 just over one month and now it won't turn on and whe it does it doesn't want to say on or will not allow me to do anything with. Sadly the only option I have is to go through Sony even after paying for a warranty that cost me $60 thinking that it would cover a in store return.
I'm totally pissed off about this purchase and I'm definitely going to tell my friends and family NOT TO BUY ANY ELECTRONICS FROM THIS LOCATION OR ANY OTHER AT THIS POINT.
You spend your hard earned money and can't use what you bought and it is not right at all.

It appears that Target is stocking their grocery shelves with their own brands and discontinuing carrying name brands.

I love this target! Great sales, great customer service. The store was a little messy, assuming due to the sales going on.
Went in for one thing and by the end I had an entire shopping bag of 30% swimwear. Thank you Target. You da bomb baby.
