Everyone in this UPS store is so nice. They are efficient, they are friendly, and I know I’m going to get good service. I’m so sorry I have forgotten the name of the young man that helped me today and has helped me in the past but my receipt says he is employee 150017. He is just a delight.

I’m here more often than I would like to be because of returns and print jobs. Having to ship things out is such a chore but the team here is speedy and nice. I’m never there for long and they’re always very helpful. I highly recommend this location. Even when a lot of people arrive at once, I’m always just in and out.

The UPS store in Tinley Park/183rd Harlem is consistently friendly & helpful. If there's a line, it moves quickly. They know their stuff! I'll use this store even if another one is closer.

I had such a great experience today at the UPS Store in Tinley Park thanks to Eddi, Aya, and the manager Kimberly!
I came in needing to return a mattress about the size of a baby crib mattress. It originally came rolled up in a box as memory foam, but once opened, there was no way to compress it again. Amazon offered a weekday pickup, but since I work during those hours, that wasn’t an option for me.
When I came into the store, I left the mattress in my car and explained the situation to Eddi. She was so kind and understanding, and even though the store was busy, she and the rest of the team—Aya and Kimberly—took the time to help me figure out the best way to pack and ship the mattress securely back to Amazon.
They went above and beyond to assist me, and I truly appreciated their patience, teamwork, and professionalism. The Tinley Park UPS team is amazing, and I always enjoy coming here for all my shipping needs, whether it’s returning or sending packages.
Huge thank you to Eddi, Aya, and Kimberly for their outstanding customer service! They definitely deserve recognition for their kindness and dedication. 💛

Tiffany W. went above and beyond to assist me with a problematic Amazon return. She assisted me and resolved my issue with the utmost level of professionalism and customer service.
