We had a total kitchen rehab done. The guys doing the installation did a great job and worked nonstop. Ryan and Heather, owner and sales, were so professional and very thorough. Would highly recommend! 👍👍

We had a great experience remodeling our kitchen. Julio worked closely with us on the design and helped bring our ideas to life with thoughtful input. Matt and Kris did an excellent job executing the vision—their craftsmanship and attention to detail really showed. The end result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that we love.
This is our second remodel with TPKBS. Highly recommend this team!

I had Tinley K&B update my master bathroom. I worked with Geoff. We met many many times to make decisions and there were soooo many. Geoff was so kind and patient with me. He made excellent suggestions and it turned out beautiful. Lucas did all the work and he is the smartest guy I ever met. He made sure he asked me about every single little detail to make sure he was doing the right thing based on my choices. He always cleaned up after every day and he’s the neatest carpenter I’ve ever seen. I had a wonderful experience with Tinley kitchen, and Bath. I would highly recommend them and I couldn’t be happier.

I was in the store 5 weeks ago to get information on a bathroom shower drawer.Gentleman who helped me very nice.Sent him my measurements as asked.2 weeks go by, no response.Called again . Was told they still looking into it.Customer service really is non-existent.Going elsewhere!!!!!

This is the GREATEST team ever! Great collaboration and customer service.My bathroom project went well from the inception through completion. It began with an excellent Designer Heather who is skilled in her craft. We chose patterns, colors, designs, etc. The ordering and management went according to schedule. Ryan was a professional who managed the demolition, selections, and finally installation (Martin and Lucas). At any given point, Julio was available for questions and helping me.This a one-stop shop from beautiful cabinetry, tile, accessories—to coordination and installation.Most importantly, there was ongoing communication to ensure no surprises or cost overruns occurred.They get at A++. Well done!

I have stopped into the showroom a few times. I have not purchased anything, but the employees are VERY friendly and helpful. I will make a purchase there when I am in need of cabinets.

I went in to TP Kitchen & Bath Shoppe for assistance renovating my bathroom. I was masked; all of the salespeople were sitting at their desks and none of them were masked. One of them offered to help me, and invited me to sit at her desk. I asked if she could put on a mask. She said she didn't have a mask, and her coworker (rather rudely) said that she had one for her. The woman went to her coworker's desk, and they began whispering while getting out the mask. I let them know if it was too inconvenient I could leave, and the coworker again said, very rudely, "I'm getting her a mask!" When the salesperson came back to the desk, I said "Isn't there a governor's order about masking right now?" and she said their boss "isn't requiring it, and Tinley Park isn't enforcing the order." I felt extremely uncomfortable due to the rude treatment and unsafe conditions, that I left without purchasing anything. I then went to Schillings in Mokena, where proper covid precautions are being followed. At Schillings, I was treated with nothing but respect, and I made my purchase.My child is immunocompromised, and my sibling has cancer, so even though I'm vaccinated, I continue to follow public health guidelines and be cautious. I was belittled and disrespected because I asked for safe service, and was honestly shocked and disappointed by this experience. I am in the midst of several home renovations, and had hoped to support this small community business, but I will not in fact return.

I ordered two vanities from them. They were a pleasure to work with on my bathroom remodels. I had my contractor do the install. I just bought the pieces from the shop. There were a couple issues with the paint on the vanities and they took care of it and made it right. I would recommend dealing with them.

Always a great experience. Came in late to look at bathroom vanities and the salesman didn't care that he stayed past closing time. Have purchased from them before and did again today.
