Poor communication, unorganized, and so much clutter.
I called ahead to inquire about a sweater. The associate I spoke to confirmed they had it and said it will be on hold until the end of the day. I drove 45 minutes to purchase this sweater, only to be told upon arrival, they can’t find the sweater. Per Mrg. No one communicated anything about a sweater and the associate I spoke with went home for the day. Smh.
Total waste of my time and gas.

Very overwhelming and so much clutter of “everything” once you walk in. The clothing seems so out of style and second hand. To be honest This TJ Maxx reminds me of a thrift store compared to other TJ maxx. I do believe either a GM/DM/OM should review their layout to help organize the excess items. I also hope this manager can give some of their employee a pep talk on just how to be more welcoming even give this advice to the SM 12/2- I would say the taller young guy with the locks was helpful but communication was not given properly for him to assist with a top shelf item. Hand off communication is extremely important. The young brunette cashier which smiled when we checked out, is a great asset to this particular store. The store SM demeanor was very off-putting behind the counter as she stares at another customer being helped at a different register. This TJ Maxx is just not for me or my family, so there would be no reason to come and revisit this TJ Maxx ever again. All the Christmas decorations but no spirit. I will stick to the Oak Lawn location. We actually visited the Ross next door and found more items to purchase and friendlier customer service.

I came in this morning looking for something in particular that I left behind yesterday morning and regretted that I did. I ran into Melisa and asked if she had came across it. She went out her way to help find exactly what I was looking for. She searched high and low and for that Melisa I thank you so much!

Very bad cashier services. You have to wait 30 m to finish your payment . What happened to me ,I went to return some stuff , and the cashier claimed that it's not the same receipt. I stopped while and checked the items . It's the same one. I returned to the same cashier , she refused to listen to me , she told me you have to stand again at the line . another 30 m .
