Cashier was rude and I guess because you don’t come in with a face full of makeup they like to follow you around as if you don’t know what you came in the store for. Do better and get some girls with better customer service skills

I’ll try to keep it brief lol. So this was my first time looking for Skincare products that weren’t from the drugstore. Nothing wrong with the products I have now from the drugstore.
However I’ve been breaking out more than usual the past couple of months and in turn, been having issues with dark spots, dry areas within my T-bone area etc.
Daniella was AMAZING in providing so much information and products catered to my needs. What I loved the most is that she was also providing information on products that had a wide range of prices, not just the super-marketed expensive ones.
I checked out with 3 products: sunscreen, niacinamide serum, and the Anua pore control, cleansing oil——again with the most “expensive” being the Anua and the least expensive being the “Good Molecules serum”.
Speaking of checking out, Serena was also AMAZING and super friendly offering a no-fee membership/credit opportunity and providing information on different offers.
Overall my experience was amazing for someone who typically doesn’t shop here. Nevertheless the staff is dedicated to making sure that ANYTHING you need, you get at YOUR comfortability.

When I get good customer service, I always have to acknowledge the person! Lourd Was absolutely amazing. She helped me and she had an enthusiastic attitude! Great customer service keep up the good work! You helped me even though the Manager asked Danny too but he walked away!

It’s been 2 weeks since my hair service. I’m extremely dissatisfied. When I booked the appointment, I stated that I needed both a color AND highlight touchup and a trim. When I arrived I was informed that I was only scheduled for a color touch up. So when I left there, my hair looked basically the same with the highlights looking very grown out. The cut is nice…nothing special. But I wasted about $200 just for my hair to look the same color wise. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to the stylist even though I liked her. Due to the carelessness of the woman who scheduled my appointment, the stylist has now lost a client.

Hours posted on the door say open until 9, but the door was locked when I pulled on it at 8:15. Now that I’m online, I see that it’s 8- would’ve stopped here first if I’d had known!
Please save the workers a few eye-rolls by updating your posted open hours.

Customer service was great but I don't like that they don't have a great deal of testers for the brands they sale. To get a shade match it's nearly impossible to put the bottle to your skin to get match that way. Thank God, I have idea about make up because this is insane. I'm assuming all Ultas are this way. They have a great return policy but if they allow testers they'll probably can prevent alot of returns. I guess it's just best to know your color matches lol!
