Each purchase the customer service was excellent, especially with my last purchase where I found a car in another state and they shipped it to Illinois so I could test drive with no obligation to buy it. The process was seamless and took only a day. My sales agent Janae Holcomb (hope I spelled it right) was AWESOME. When I decided it was the car I wanted it was a delay in getting the title cleared but she continued to communicate and even when it took longer she offered to find me another vehicle similar from another location that I could get. But at the end of the day - I got the car that I wanted and the purchase process was seamless and quick and I would definitely come back again.”
