Horrible absolutely horrible mail service my mail is put in neighbors mailbox when I check when I suppose to get my mail it says a certain amount of mail and I don't receive all of it the mail carrier is the WORST I see why the ratings are a 1.8

Terrible customer service by “Mrs. Johnson” passport application appointment cancelled with no notice. She doesn’t “have control over her employees if they don’t show up to work”. Unprofessional. Unacceptable use of a government agency. Replacement supervisor necessary immediately

They are so rude its almost funny. I actually had a great rapport with them because they are literally dealing with constant ridiculousness from the public daily. I must say if we sort of just laugh at it, they laugh with us.
