I walked in today for services. There was a lady at the counter scrolling through her phone. Not on her phone having a conversation but scrolling through it. I stood there for about 1-1.5 minutes and not once did she acknowledge me or even say someone would be up to assist me. After that 1.5-2 mins a young man then greeted me. I just turned around and went elsewhere. That’s not a good first impression for clients.

Walk in with my daughter. She had her acrylic nails removed and a manicure. Very pleased with their service everyone is friendly. My daughter wants to go back for service again.

It’s my daughter’s first time getting acrylic nails!! We’ve never been to Star Nails, however the experience was amazing. Professional, clean and courteous. Steven did my daughters and he listened to what she wanted and did just that. I think we’ve found our new favorite nail shop. Check them out!!

I was a valued customer. I had a gel pedicure and after 2 days, 4 of the gel polishes came completely off. Went back again at the 2nd day mark, was charged $6 for them to paint 4 toes. Will never go back.

I make my appointments with Lily for Mani/Pedi and she is great! Very friendly and does a great job, including if I get a specialty pedicure. I feel rejuvenated when I leave. I would highly recommend Lily. The facility is very clean and implements that are used are opened right in front of you from autoclave. Extensive menu of services available and they do accept walk-ins. Sign up for the text/emails as they do offer coupons or discounts monthly. Enjoy!

This is my go-to place for nails! They are professional and take good care of their customers. We love the no chip manicures and paraffin wax pedicures! And they accommodate walk-ins with little wait unless it’s super busy. I’ve gone to several different nail technicians and they’re all good.

Paid $137 4 days ago for a no chip full set and pedi. One nail came off and the nail next to it is lifting already, when I called today for a repair they wanted more money for nails that haven’t even lasted a week.
