They did wrong diagnosis, it caused me $500,for no reason, so ignorant riping people ,no refund even after they know that thier diagnosis was wrong. The worst experience, never go there .

They do good work. Recently had my exhaust system replaced. They aren’t pushy about doing more than you asked but they do make recommendations. They are a little more expensive than I’ve had elsewhere but their work is worth the extra money.

After I replaced a bunch of suspension Components on my 1985 Corvette, I was looking around for a shop that could do a 4 wheel alignment. To my surprise, every shop that I called wouldn't even touch the car. After the 10th shop turned me down, they recommended VIP Tire. I called them up and they got me in that next day. When I talked to them on the phone, I really made sure to pick their brain about the job, because I wanted to make sure that the people who would be working on my car had some experience (for reference alignments on older Corvettes are a much more involved process than other cars - you really need someone who knows what they're doing) They assured me that they knew all the ins and outs and have done alignments on Corvettes all the way back to the 60s. After hearing that, I knew I could trust them to do a good job. They finished the job that same day by noon and did an excellent job. These guys are pros and clearly know what they're doing, I'd trust them with all my other cars.

This is a professional business and the service 👏🏿 is probably the best I've ever had at any tire shop. Very informative and didn't let me buy anything I didn't need.

I had 2 cracked rims and was driving on my spare and a wheel that slowly leaked. I bought new rims and was now looking for tires. I've since moved from Tinley and am 45 minutes away. I bought 2 sets from VIP prior to moving. I wanted VIP in the first place but didn't want to drive almost an hour, so i figured Costco. I saw all these tires online, but when I called to set something up, they had nothing in stock and said I would have to order online, and it would be a day or two. I was riding on a donut and a tire that leaked, so I needed now, and that's when I decided to call VIP. I called and talked to Eric, who was fantastic. They didn't have the exact tire I wanted, but he ordered and got them by the time I drove there. They took my old tire pressure sensors and put them on my new wheels and mounted new tires pretty much in the time I walked across the street and had a skillet at Olympic star. Thank you, VIP! The wheels and tires look awesome

I'm giving 3 stars only because staff encouraged me to go back to the auto shop that put my breaks in.
I came for shocks and alignment I left with 3 different estimates. I was told I had rotten front tires, that seemed strange as I had them ckd about 60 days ago. It's a tire shop so it is expected to be sold newer tires. This list of possible work was long and depressing. The good thing is I did as advised and had the car ckd out again since I have an warranty. Guess what I learned, I still need to get shocks and alignment.

I recently got new tires and an alignment at this shop, and I can't recommend them enough! From the moment I arrived first thing in the morning, I was greeted warmly and treated with respect. After two weeks of searching and being dismissed at other shops, I finally found a place that genuinely cares about their customers. Mark, Juan, and the entire team were amazing—they listened to my concerns, provided expert advice, and offered a shuttle service that fit perfectly with my busy schedule. The gentleman who checked me out was also great, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. If I could give them 20 stars, I would!

My go to for everything car related! I drive older cars. Older cars need work… been using VIP for over 8 years and for 4 different cars in the family.Mark (in front) is knowledgeable and gives great options when you need work done.Nothing is ever pushed.Suggestions made, price ranges for the different options and sometimes even a referal for work they don’t do (which has only been once!)I’ve had my car towed here from Morris to have it worked on after a 30 minute consultation of what happened to my car in the middle of no where and no clue why it broke down. Made me feel so comfortable knowing my car was being towed back to my regular mechanics and knew it would be fixed quickly.I’ve taken cars here for them to look it over before I purchase them. I get my oil changed here and new tires, tires fixed & even a scooter tire refilled. Alternator in the middle of winter decides to blow out? Tow it here and replaced by the next morning!Anytime my car has been down, they seem to be able to get to it quickly usually within the day but I think always within two days.Pricing is fair & less expensive than some of the places family members use. Service is much better than most “quick service” places.
