I damaged a tire & had to purchase a new replacement. I arrived at the dealer on time & for various reasons, the service took twice the time estimated. I paid & left but quickly noticed that the low tire icon had not been reset. Then I wondered if the new tire was low, so I stopped at a tire shop, had them check the air pressure in the new tire & reset the dashboard icon. So, my experience was okay, but not done thoroughly or with attention to detail. My time & well being didn’t rate too highly yesterday.

We purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that happened to be at this dealership, and Adam was wonderful! Great customer service, not pushy at all, and no unnecessary fees added onto the price. Highly recommend.

PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Starting with Rock Star Salesman, Gary! Continuing to the finance department, service/detailing and checking out with the cashier. The team is very knowledgeable in their respective departments and willing to explain whatever's necessary to help the customer. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I bought my car out of state from here. Let me tell , Adam made the experience exactly what I could have hoped for. He gave me every detail so when I got the car it was exactly what I expected . Down to the two tiny scratches . He was super helpful and waited 2hours after work for MY late delivery driver. I’m from Oregon and I would purchase again from here. Thank you Adam for a very good out of state purchase experience !

I understand that buyers and dealers may not always come to an agreement on price, but this just felt shady all the way. They kept handing me off to the "next guy". The final salesman wouldn't directly answer my questions, and in the end, the "dealer fees" were exorbitant and the car price was above independent market value. I felt like they were just screwing around trying to wear me down for a deal. Thankfully cars are everywhere!

Volvo in Orland Park is an exceptional place to visit when my car needs service. I've had the pleasure of working with Mark Molloy this past visit and he is an amazing car advisor! He made sure my experience was excellent and explained everything thoroughly! I am very pleased with the level of customer service and I absolutely recommend this location to all volvo owners! Thank you Mark Molloy and Frank Rossi for always taking good care of this girl and her car!

Very pleasant service and environment. Upon arriving, I was greeted and was 2nd in line. I was promptly seen and time taken to discuss the reason for my visit. Steps were taken to get the car into service for diagnostic purposes. Results were reported and the issue was tested after a successful upgrade was done.The communication notice to inform an unlocked vehicle is still not working but I can now lock/unlock the vehicle from the app. I will work with Volvo Support to hopefully get this resolved. Note, when in the Notification mode, the message "oops something went wrong. Try again later "I am not comfortable subscribing I'm 1/2024 if all the functions are not working.Regards

I drove from out of state. They were worth the drive. Suzanne and Angel were quick to respond and efficient to have the vehicle ready for pick up. Angel had great attention to detail, quick response call/text/email. I would buy another vehicle from them.

Adam was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Been a Volvo owner for close to 10 years now and Adam really went over and beyond to make sure my wife and I received the best service possible and made sure we were satisfied with our purchase before leaving the dealership. The service we received from the Orland Park location really makes me proud to be a Volvo owner. I hope all Volvo dealers uphold this standard.

Really disappointed in the so-called Volvo service promise. The Orland Park Illinois dealership has had my XC90 for 5 full days (Aug 22) without a diagnosis of a rattling noise up under the hood. I have been told multiple times I would receive a loaner, service dept is not keeping me up to date on status. I have been to the dealership twice with no answers and had to rent a car on a day to day basis which is outrageously expensive. I have been with this dealership for over 15 years and have never seen such poor service. I do not understand why it takes more than 5 days to diagnose an issue.

We just bought a used Volvo car fromRandy for our college bound son and we are very satisfied with the car. He foundus exactly what we requested and in our price range. He was professional, pleasant and did not pressure us into a sale.

A very poor management. I can't reach service manager. He's always busy and can't respond to a customer. No way at all. Email, phone message, direct call no way, call center always direct you to his office and you drop message to tele secreter . I asked to get an appointment through the call center they don't. Volvo Center directed me to this center but they are not responding. I will definitely avoid this service for the future.
