Waited in pharmacy drive through 15+ minutes, got to the window and was told one second. 5 minutes later pharmacist comes back and says they lost
my prescription and would be another 10 minutes for them to make it. Don’t waste your time here.

Slow service. Don’t bother to have your prescriptions filled here, it’s always a hassle. Will drive to further location for next time so I don’t have to deal with this location. Was asked to pull around so they could gather what I info I needed and then put their sign up as I sat there to be furthered assisted.

Just left this Walgreens 12-20-24 @ 9:57pm, the older lady had a very bad attitude. It is almost borderline racist. She was afraid to speak or look at me. Not sure what her issue on her doing her job and spoke very very very low tone to where I ask her to speak up so I can hear her speak. She didn't even want to take the cart, told me that was my job to put it back, I told her I don't work for Walgreens, I am sorry but I will put it back for you. I wouldn't recommend African American go to this Walgreens.

Pre-scheduled on line appt. They were finally able to check me in for 2:30 apps at 2:50 didn't get seen until 4:00 The girl at Pharmacy was anything but apologetic. They all seem like whatever. Why pre=schedule if they can't honor it? Then act mad about it?

Worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to by far. Very unreliable. This pharmacy needs new staff and management. Not only are some of the techs ignorant, they don’t know what they are doing.
Walgreens please take action.

Can you just close your pharmacy if you're going to have miserable, rude workers and medicine is never in stock? Some people actually rely on medication to function and yes, we need medicine quickly or need your workers to provide firm dates as to when it will be available. The medicine isn’t even rare, hard to obtain medication. This pharmacy isn’t a functional business, nor is it reliable… so what’s the point? I called asking for a status and apparently the medication was arriving in shipment that day, that’s fine but when I asked for an estimation of when it would be ready for pickup because I really needed it to breathe, worker said they didn’t know, I again asked for an estimate and they said “okay well it should be ready for pickup today, is that good enough for you?” Seriously? I wasn’t even pushy or rude, just asked for an ETA. People like this are employed here?

Horrible. Drive thru takes forever. One day they actually gave me someone else's script with my prescriptions. Then ran us back and forth to get prescription that they had plenty to fill. After I had called and they said would be ready in an hour. Send my husband up ther 1 hour and 15 minutes later and appx 45 minutes prior to close. They told him it's not ready. Come back tomorrow. Wth. Do yourself a favor dont go here.
