I had the pleasure of meeting with the most patient and professional sales Representative. The sales agent by the name of Lisa was very helpful. She helped me switch from T-Mobile and I'm a tmobile sales Representative. That was epic! Thanks to xfinity aswell for the 12 months of unlimited service. Nice! 🙌🏾

If I could give this store a zero I would see people that work in. It are quite possibly the most Unprofessional people I have ever came across. They should not be in customer service. I have not had an account with Xfinity since July and they just tried to charge me a bill and I had an employee tell me it was not his job to serve me. It was my job.
I asked for their names they refused to give me their names. I asked for the store number they refused to give me their store number not only is Xfinity one of the highest Charging Internet service services out there, but their customer service is absolutely disgusting. Do not go to this store.
