I will only go in if a couple of people are working! One of them being Chelsea! She is always friendly and so nice to the customers! If it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t go in!

Ordered a veggie pizza got a onion and cheese wrong. Called Casey's to let them know they replaced the order to be onion and mushrooms call again got the upmost rudest lady saying they were out of all the veggies

Went in multiple times and had people out of uniform behind the counter and in the kitchen, most the staff stays on there phones and don’t do much. Frankly this place has gone down hill very quickly. Never any food in the warmer, no drinks/beer, constant problems with my pizza.

Went in the get tea. Ice machine is broken again. My young children each got a small cup with tea. When checking out I was charged $3 for an ice coffee. The cashier would not change it even though she could see it was tea. It is the exact same size just white print and not red that only cost $1.50. Honest mistake on our part with the cops being right next to each other.

Good place for a pit stop. However if you plan to get gas be aware that their card readers on the fuel pumps almost never work.

I wanna start out by saying I don’t ever leave google reviews. But I am going out of my way to post this so others can see before they make their purchases. The first problem I have is the biggest, and that’s the staff. I have had MANY negative experiences here with them. And I’m always professional about it too, but they tend to not be. I worked in customer service ever since 2017, between retail and non-retail and I have NEVER treated anyone the way they have. Everyone I’ve talked to: my friends, family and even one of my coworkers told me their bad experiences as well. The older women working there (not sure of the names) are very rude to their customers. I haven’t done anything wrong to these people and they talk down onto customers like they are on some power trip. Casey’s, you need to fire some people as they are scaring away your customers AND wasting your money. I’ve lived in Cumberland for all of my life and it’s always been negative experiences just because of how bad the treatment is from the staff. The food is fine. Pizza could be done with more care. I just cannot take the negativity and rudeness of the staff anymore. This is ridiculous.

I'd give no stars if I could, honestly. I did a guest checkout online and apparently made a typo with the phone number. I came up here to pay for it and they said they didn't have any orders. When I showed them what it was they laughed and told me they tried to call but the person who picked up was in Arkansas. Sheila looked at me and in the rudest way imaginable said sorry and said that they won't be serving me cause it was fraud. All over a typo with my phone number. I had the order pulled up and everything. They just laughed and denied me service, pretty sure they even threw away the order I put in cause they said it was fraud then denied me being able to make another one.Its not even the first time I had issues at this store. I had came up here to buy cigarettes and when I handed them my ID they were very rude to me. Saying I was lucky and that I didn't look like my photo, really just made me feel bad about it. and they could deny service if they wanted toJust truly not a pleasant experience any time I go here. Sheila especially is very rudeI'm truly disappointed in this store in general, I've been to other Casey's and they've been fine but I have had constant issues with this store. The food is good for what you pay, the store isn't dirty. But the employees really make the experience a bad one. You'd be better off going somewhere else.

Ladies working have been extremely rude, unprofessional, and will throw out your food in front of you if your phone number is messed up (everything other identifier was correct, name, address, etc was correct, but was told that it was “fraud” because of 1 number misplaced). I have been loyal to this Casey’s, but their new team during the night shifts needs to get a grip on their store. The lady working in the kitchen, Sheila, has been rude to me numerous times, and this is the last straw. She has “lectured” my friend and I because we were “laughing at her” on the phone. I didn’t know having a good time with your friends granted being lectured at.

Lived here for 2 decades and this has always been the worst gas station for as long as I remember. We'll literally drive to Effingham or Mattoon before we stop at Casey's because of the rude workers and consistently empty shelves.Features: It's not enforced at all
