“Absolutely stunning bank and stunning staff, I had to relocate temporarily for work and was involved in a car accident the beginning of last month (the 12th to be exact) totalling out the one and only car we had from a 16 yr old driver not fully paying attention and pulling out from a stop sign in front of our lane of travel. Anywho while trying to deposit my injury check from the insurance company to my PayPal account their third party people denied it (and wouldn't give me a straight answer and kept telling me to call this person that person this company and that company). Leaving me hopeless on a check that I didn't know how I'd be able to turn it in to get another vehicle. While calling the branch in helps to regain access to my mobile banking app I was advised to call the help services number. And early yesterday morning I was able to get back into my mobile banking app. While being 6+ hours away and without a car to get into the branch to deposit the check directly. I had to use the mobile check deposit system for my injury check and I'm completely over the moon and forever thankful and GREATFUL I chose FCB banks to bank with. They came in and saved the day for me.. I plan with my new employer to use FCB for my direct deposit. Can't wait to come back home to Illinois and continue my relationship with FCB banks. Truly truly amazing and above and beyond in my eyes. THANK YOU FCB BANKS, VERY APPRECIATIVE FOR ALL YOU DO.”

“I have banked with you all for a couple years now and you guys are a great bank, but the hours. Why do you guys have to open at 9am. Why not 8am when people really need you to. I work 12 hour shifts and get off at 7am. It's hard to wait 2 more hours to just have to get back out to go to the bank. Even your drive thru being open earlier would help us people that work the graveyard shift out a lot. For we do have a lot of stuff to do already at 7 am when we get out of work and waiting for the bank to open should have to be one of them. If walmart can open at 6 am it's not a bad thing you guys open at 8 am, but hey what do i know I'm just an night shift worker.”

Great hometown bank with a variety of services!
They have helped me with CD's, auto loans and most recently a tricky vendor issue. Great customer service and my kids love the popcorn!”
