“Amazing service and excellent products. The staff are some of the best. Not only do they know about the products, they know how to prepare them as well. They smoke the bacon on site and you can have it any thickness that you want. They spend hours making their own roast beef and smoked sausages just right. Summer sausage in multiple recipes and multiple cuts of elk and bison. They also maintain an entire inventory if you make your own products at home. Excellent frozen fish selection including walleye, mahi mahi, red snapper, and flounder. A sperate freezer by the checkout has shrimp and scallops as well. This is the local butcher shop you wish you had for your entire life.”

“Its kinda weird because you walk into a gas station and work your way around to the back. Lots of sausages. Mostly all frozen. I bought breakfast sausages but they weren't cased. I didn't expect that, but they were good.

I think I'll try something from the fresh case next time, but I was expecting something more like weinemanns ...

You get your meat and check out on the gas station side. Also strange was that the gas station attendant was friendly but the meat counter and prepared foods counters never spoke to me, as I tried to figure out the freezer contents and make selections.”
