“Today, I witnessed and experienced the best, most pleasant customer service in years. Heaven, the cashier at DG was kind and polite and gentle with a person with a disability, as well as an elder. It was reminiscent of how people should treat one another. When I mentioned to her how kind I noticed she was, she humbly remarked, "Thank you." “Clean, nice employees, you can walk through the aisle and get what your looking for without having to worry about a whole lot of boxes in your way nor the dangers of them falling down on your head or kid like the Glen Carbon store. Very organized and their grocery aisles have a lot of variety.”

“I like this location, they’re mostly in stock, the employees are friendly, but I’m very frustrated that the self checkout is never open. While there was not a large line and I only had to wait a few minutes, I could have been in and out had the self checkout been running. Why is it there if they aren’t going to open it anymore.”

“This parking lot can make you a little crazy if Dale Earnhardt whips into the parking lot searching for a spot. Parking on the side of the building is easier to avoid some traffic. The store is in fairly good shape and typically has the shelves stocked. The employees have been pleasant and willing to help.”
