Sam at the Troy location was fantastic. We had a large amount of money taken out of our account fraudulently. Sam quickly filled out all of the paperwork and contacted the fraud department for us. Within 2 days, we had our money back in our account and the fees reversed. Sam was friendly and helpful. I appreciate her timely help.

FCB and my bank failed to inform me that I was entitled after 10 business days I am allowed provisional credit! I have always used FCB ever since I was able to open a bank account. Although once online banking became a thing, I was one of the people that did jump on the bandwagon and start to use it. This itself puts me at a disadvantage when it comes to ATM usage. I always have to pay higher fees higher rates. Then come to find out I guess FCB Banks is only reliable to a point. They can provide you with the bank and they can provide you with the FCB branded ATM, but something hits the fan. From what I understand, they are no longer reliable, unless you are still an FCB customer. It’s totally beyond me how accompany a corporation and a brand Can provide you with a bank and provide you with an ATM but once you are not a customer, they are not responsible if anything happens negatively at the ATM on Thursday, June 13, 2024 This FCB branded ATM once again did not dispense my money, may I mention my hard earned money that I work very hard and I work two jobs for. Essentially took whole my check From my second part-time job Of the amount in $190 plus fees. I proceeded to go inside and talk with management just to find out they are not responsible and there is nothing they can do since I use the ATM with a non-FCB card and account. As I was leaving, the managers seem to act like she tested the ATM, just for me to drive to a different place and on my way back home, which I live right down the road from FCB. To see other customers being allowed to use this ATM. After I saw that one customer after me using the ATM, they finally decided to put up a yellow cone. Orange cone, sorry. I did file the dispute with my bank, just to find out I have to wait 30 to 90 days before I can get my hard earned money back potentially. Please please add disclaimers to your on screen and to your physical ATMs so it is known that if something does happen and you do use a foreign bank card or bank account that is not through FCB banks, that FCB is not reliable. Prior to this incident, I had no said knowledge Of this ever even being a policy there. I am definitely going to look up laws on disclaimers and warning signs for ATMs. This is completely outrageous. Also, it is concerning to know that the bank can provide you with all the services until something goes wrong and they no longer can help. I should have been given some type of receipt voucher to insure that I would get my money back! I do understand my bank does have To conduct an investigation now. Both times I have proof of these incidents happening. There should be no question if and when I should get my money back. I would definitely feel a lot better if there was some kind of disclaimer anywhere on or around the ATM. Not providing this as a disclaimer or a warning on the ATM should be illegal. I was supposed to get a new tire and pay a bill. Our furnace went out over the winter and we are majorly behind on bills. We just cannot simply afford this senseless malfunction at the ATM. So many people use ATMs for FCB to not be reliable or to be able to help it anyway just is outrageous. I’m highly disappointed.

Started an account here a month ago. STILL can’t get into my mobile app or any online banking. I was not provided a username for these accounts and when I called the bank to ask what it could possibly be, I was provided a customer care number I could call. Which I got zero answer from and was just prompted to leave my name and phone number. Still waiting to hear back from them. I wouldn’t have started an account here in the first place had I known it would be this difficult to access online. It’s 2022. Do better.

Worst bank ever.. will screw you over then 5 years after you leave they will still try to report several late accounts on your credit when they are paid in full years ago.

I understood and understand the pressure banks are under with the rates at an all time low and hundreds if not thousands of refi applications waiting to being processed. My experience with FCB in Troy IL has been the worse ever. I tried to do something different by supporting a business that’s local and not deal with lenders in another state and FCB has failed me miserably. I’m a 25 year retired vet with excellent credit who tried to refi with cash out for a home project and it took 90 days for me to reach out to FCB with no results. I called at the 30, 60 and 89 day mark with little to no communication in return. There were nothing but empty apologies and no real action when I finally received some sort of response. When you’re wrong, you’re wrong! It seemed as though I was a bother when I was trying to give you my business. Even after receiving negative results on the cash out portion, I was still willing to just refi at an excellent rate FCB offered. It’s going on day 97 with no communication or results after the rep stated that he would personally drop off the refi information in my mailbox on his lunch break. I’ve yet to receive the info! Needless to say I went elsewhere and got the cash I needed for my project and it took only a week. If I would have known that my business wasn’t serious enough for FCB, then I would have just stuck with my lender that’s in California who originally offered me the same great rate but less red tape since I’m already a prior customer. All I got out of FCB is a lesser credit score from checking my credit and a bunch of other lenders checking my credit contacting me left and right asking for my business as if FCB sold my information. I’m not sure if that’s the case but I’m very disappointed with FCB. I’m glad I’m not a member.

Only go to this location if your getting something out of the ATM, the business itself and the people that run it are rude act like your Inconveniencing them and all around have stinkin thinkin if you hate your job or life so bad then don't take it out on me when I just want to get some money out of my checking account or come in here for a new card which is 10 dollars at this one I am so glad the Caseyville one is a lot better never going to this one unless its an emergency
