Filed our taxes on the 4th of February. We called a week later to check on them. No one had started them. It's been almost 3 weeks. I'm ready to pull my taxes from here this weekend and take them somewhere else. I'm sorry that our accountant had medical issues, but I would rather be informed of what's happening so I can decide to get my taxes done at this location or somewhere that could start working on them. Instead it took 3 more days after to decide if my husband and I would file jointly, which of course we do. The most annoying part is I'm paying for this service that could've been done in about 24 hours at home. Won't return here next year.

I was not given an option of how to receive my money. I go to h&r block every year. I always get the emerald card and then the rest gets sent to my bank account. I was not given this option to have the rest sent to my bank. The representative decided to put everything on my emerald card without my consent!

When I came and reviewed all the papers I had to file the lady gave me a quote of $250. By the end it cost me almost $500.
