“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would these guys are the absolute best on this side of the Mississippi!! They take care of me every time I come through and don’t disappoint whatsoever if they can’t do something then they obviously really can’t, you go to any other Valvoline they are lazy and always backed up. I live close to one about 5 min to 10 min I have absolutely no problem driving another 5 just to come to these guys. And Shaun does an absolutely fantastic job getting his crew together and all on the same page! Great Great Great location!!”

“I LOVE this place! As a female, doing anything car related can be frustrating because I feel like I’m always getting upcharged but that is not the case here. All of the pricing is great and they always take such great care of me and my car. I’ve never had a problem and always leave satisfied. They will do extra stuff to my car at a great price and always ask permission before doing so (and charging me) which is very much appreciated. I work in St Louis and will make a special trip just to get my oil changed here because of how great they are!”

“I couldn’t have had a better experience here if I tried! From start to finish the manager Larry went over the top! I came in a stressed customer needing an oil change and having trouble with what I thought was an AC motor! Larry comforted all my worries, got my oil changed as well as my air filter which was truly the problem… It wasn’t installed correctly so he educated me on what it does and why it was causing that issue! He saved me so much time, hundreds of dollars and lots of worrying! I recommend this Valvoline (and especially Larry) to everyone passing through Collinsville! Thank you for everything?”

I was having some car trouble, he located an oil leak on my car. Also, he was very explanatory about things going on with my car that he did not have to do. very knowledgeable-all around top notch guy. I came in late with a tire that I was actually riding on the rim on and Keith was kind enough to take me in so they could get my baby tire on and then I came in the next day to get a new tire put on the original rim. They took such good care of me and made what seemed to be an impossible day so much better. Job well done and thank you again, especially Keith and then Melinda also took care of me at the checkout! You made my day☺️”
