I took my elderly father recently and had an excellent experience with Nate, the store manager. My dad has Alzheimer's and was not on the top of his game, but Nate was patient, replaced Dad's car battery, and helped us make the task easier and pleasant. Thank you, Nate!

Over the phone the agreed to match the price that Advanced auto offered after there 15% off over $100.00 offer, they had it waiting on the counter when I arrived, the girl checking me out had to check with the manager again and again after a lengthy chat returned and said advanced auto had it for the same price,I explained the 15% off again and instead of getting into a back and forth I informed them I will get it from advanced auto, waste of time.

Been working on an old truck of mine and just about everything I've done to it I have gotten the part's here worst case scenario I have had to wait for part's to be shipped to my local store and or sent to my address hands down best brick and mortar part's store around

My son and I were passing through on our trip back from Colorado when I started having transmission problems. The staff here were absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Checked my codes, issues were diagnosed, and pointed me in the best direction to have my issue taken care of, since a major repair was needed. Thanks guys, very much appreciated!!!

The staff were awesome. Nothing they did has them involved in this review. When I open the box, my part was not only used but broken they had no replacement, which is OK I understand but quality control for O’Reillys or the product manufacturers needs to step up a little bit now I have no running car and no part to repair it.

During the recent cold snap my wipers decided to throw in the towel.It was cold and about 6° the sign said Free Wiper Blade installation.....in other words... the universe was saying....replace those wipers now.The young man stood out there putting on the wipers with some difficulty as I tried giving him more light with my phone.At one point I was practically begging him let's go in and warm up. Nope, he said I almost have it. And one snap later he had it.Amazing determination!Keep hiring this type of mindset O'Reily's. We need the inspiration!

I had an unfortunate situation happen regarding a miscommunication at the store level. I called upper management to explain the situation. The store manager contacted me promptly and the situation was rectified immediately. Great customer service and problem solving on their part. This company cares. If you need parts, I would recommend calling them first. Customer service is a lost art but not at Oreillys.
