This is the second time I've shopped here and have not been able to use my points. Not only have I been not been able to use my points but I'm not able to get them calculated. I understood when the system was down previously ordered 300 something dollars of food didn't get my points. This time she told the guy in front of me to wait to put in his number. Once she finished then he put in his number. So I waited patiently after she was done ringing out I said where can I put in my phone number she said we would have to start all over again if you want to use your phone number and I'm not going to do that.. So again I was not able to get my points. I told her it would be nice if you tell the customers. Because you told the guy in front of me he had to wait to put it in number she said I don't know what you're talking about what guy. I would rather drive into Edwardsville or to Collinsville and not use the store here in our town if this is how we're going to be treated. I just left the store at 2:15 and she's the only cashier in the front I don't know her name but I think it's pretty unacceptable 3232 customers like that. If I didn't love the store being in our town so much I would have given a much lower star.

*FOOD SAFETY NOT BEING FOLLOWED*
I'm all for supporting local businesses, but WTH is going on at Pete's Hometown Grocery? A few weeks ago, I noticed that their Produce wall was temping @ 60°F (should be 36-39°F). Last night I noticed that a majority of their upright freezers were warm enough that the frozen pizzas were bending as though stored in a refrigerator, and the refrigerated coolers for "Cold Drinks" wall were all off and had a slight funk. An investigation needs to happen.

Kellys butcher shop in this location is terrible. the prices are usually higher than they're advertised (and it's very high compared to other stores) but it'd nice to have a grocery store in troy
