Easy parking nice people bad management
7 showers open and nobody to clean them. Waiting for over 45 min bc (we have 1 maintenance guy). Ridiculous

Busy place during this visit.
Restroom 🚽 needed some attention but employees were Quik to tend to the situation.

I stopped in around lunch time and got a clean hot shower and lunch. My first time passing through if. I will be stopping by again in the future

Terrible place to take a shower. You will wait for two to three hours. You go to other pilots where you will be appreciated and Not this one in Troy, Illinois.

Hair and piss was all on the toilet seat. shower knob and head was disgusting and full of scum. All they did was go in there and switch the towels out. As much as they charge for a shower you'd think the showers would be AT LEAST DECENT. BY FAR ONE THE WORST TRUCK STOPS I'VE RAN ACROSS.

Parked in the back lot in my skoolie and the general manager came over to make sure we were okay and to let him know if we needed anything. He was so kind. I've never experienced that at a Pilot/Flying J ever. The store is also nice and the lot is clean. 10/10 stars if I could. Good people in management makes the difference for a good store.

Plenty of parking,plenty of showers but the bathroom at this location needs a overhaul,just 3 stalls for a 70 man truck space lot, other than that the staff is cool and also the Arby’s staff is cool,didn’t know Arby’s stop the point system I rarely ever eat there anyway so I don’t care…
