They’re the ones i normally always bring my car to, but, I’ve been calling for months and couldn’t even get an answer. So I finally went in today and the lady says “we don’t even schedule private details anymore.” 1) Why are you listed to the public then 2) a simple answer of one of my phone calls would have also been sufficient to tell me this.

Been trying to get in touch with someone for A MONTH and no one returns my voicemails. We brought my husband's SUV in for a detail and 1) it was not clean when we picked it up so they had to redo it the next day leaving us without a car for 2 days and 2) there is paint chipped on the hood. After bringing the paint chip to the "Manager's" attention she said the owner does touch up at a Buick dealership and she would be in contact with us to get it fixed. This was in April and we have heard absolutely nothing and like I said NO ONE returns my calls. Would not recommend

Elite is going through some restructuring, but VERY accommodating given the amount of cars they get a day.I am using them for all of my companys' pickup trucks. Much better response time and communication now.

Joe and his team are great at what they do. Hands down you need to get your vehicle detailed and cleaned before the seasonal Flu and Winter sets in.

They'll treat the car like they own it, and they'll show you everything they found along the way so you know the health of your exterior. No hidden surprises here. Experience shows, especially in the detailing world. The price is very good for the quality work you get out of them. I'll come here again, and it feels good supporting local business. I went to the dealership April 29th and they went above and beyond to service me . Chico was so chilling to talk to and very understanding. He really knew what he was talking about really made me at ease knowing my detailing would look amazing . The manager joe and his wife understood me as well . Joe made sure to meet my needs while his wife made me at ease too because I just couldn’t wait to see the outcome of my car being detailed for the first time . Anyways if your looking for reliable, dedicated work and amazing communication with any detail company this is the place to go. The company I work for uses rental pickup trucks to get crews to and from job sites at power plants and mills. Needless to say, they get extremely dirty inside and out. Elite gets them cleaned back up every time before we return them to enterprise. Most of the time I can drop a truck off in the morning and have it back that afternoon.Chico has always been the smiling face I work with. Never returned my call or text. Voicemail states to send a text for faster response, never did hear from them. Wouldn’t leave my car someplace like that. Went with someone else.
