I've always enjoyed my experiences at this branch and the staff who works here. Of course I always go inside because I'm not a lazy ass so I haven't experienced a robot voice. Plus I feel they should be safe during an ice storm and close the bank for the day, but i have a daughter and wouldn't want her to go to work. Big bunch of cry babies giving crap reviews to lower their ratings.....close your account and move across the street

Amanda from this branch is very rude and unprofeesional. She sounds like a robot and does not care about potential customers. Most rude banker I have come across. Would not recommend.

On Monday January 22,2024 I go to the bank to buy when I get there the bank is closed but yet still says open on the website. Just because there is ice on the ground you close the bank. Just grow up and deal with the winter weather. People need to go to the bank but can't because they are closed.

15 years ago this was a bank that was customer friendly, now they put you through call centers, hang up on you,, put you on hold for 30 minutes, tell you a supervisor is not available, ohh and block your card for being 4 days late on a payment! Then when you make a payment they tell you that it will take 1-2 business days to get your account back!! WTH happened to this local business?!

I have been a member since 1998. I thought I'd have to close my accounts when I moved out of state 5 years ago, but they said no. However, since then, customer service has tanked. If you call the member line, you're stuck on hold forever; if you accept the option for someone to call you back, no one ever does. Forget about getting anything done online--once you're locked out for forgetting your password, you cannot get in again without getting through on the previously-mentioned member line. I even sent them a letter in the mail requesting that my accounts be closed--no response. Worst!!

Purchased a Jet Ski which I had a loan through Scott Credit Union. When the loan was paid off I received the trailer title but nothing for the Jet Ski itself. After calling multiple times to see what the title status might be they tell me over a month later they don't track their mail to see the current status so my only option is applying for a lost title. Seems like it would be worth while to track their titles being it is somewhat valuable mail.

SCU will not allow me to apply my insurance check to my loan from some hail damage. They insist on me having my car repaired. That should be my choice! I am paying off this loan and transferring my accounts to FCB.
