“Wow, I'm very impressed with Jerry's after using them today. I will go back for all my tire needs going forward. I sent my teenage daughter to a different tire vendor in town yesterday to get a nail pulled out of her tire. I instructed her to tell them she needed her tire plugged. After nearly a two hour wait, she was told it couldn't be repaired and they tried to sell her a new tire. Bottom line is she left there with the emergency spare installed on her car and they threw the tire and the rim (separately) in her trunk. She came home telling me it couldn't be repaired. I ordered a tire that night on Jerry's website. I knew I didn't want to go back to the other vendor based on my daughter's horrible experience. I dropped the car at Jerry's this morning and told them I would pick it up at the end of the day. They said the tire was in stock and all was good... and it was cheaper than the tire quoted at the other shop to my daughter. But here's where the story gets interesting. Thank God the other tire was still in the trunk. Mike from Jerry's called me, he said the tire could be easily repaired. I said, "are you sure" and he said "yes, we will just plug it for you, and you can come pick it up." I was astonished by his honesty. My wife and daughter went to pick it up and he didn't even charge us. Holy cow! Customer for life.”

Terry gave me my options and assisted with choosing the best tires for my vehicle. His team members made sure I was safely driven to and from their location so that I wouldn’t miss work while they replace my tires and did an alignment on my vehicle. “had an unexpected problem with my sun roof and it wouldn’t close, so after calling so many mechanics if they could squeeze me in for a short notice no one could take me. I called Full Circle Auto Service and Micheal was so great and took me in within a short notice. Both him and his father were all smiles and even offered me coffee while I was waiting. I left my car and were able to fix my problem within 2-3 hours. I was very pleased with how great the customer service interaction was and how understanding both Michael and his father were of my unexpected situation. It was also very reasonably priced. “I came here to get my front tire plugged because I had a slow leak and it was $10. I also got my front right tire rotated to be back left tire and that cost me $5 per tire. SUPER AFFORDABLE! I Called ahead to see if they accept Apple Pay and they do. Sometimes the machine doesn't work so be sure you have your card handy just in case, or cash. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.He knows what he is doing but he told me that if my front left tire has more tread than the front right, it won't cause the car to shake. He always recommends I check my brakes and rotors but i figure; if you have one leg slightly longer than the other, you'll walk unevenly. Same for tires. Some of his advice makes me scratch my head sometimes but he is an honest and respectable man with a great business. I will patronize again, should I need a tire shop! Perfectly located & black owned, small, local business.”

“This Sam's club is very clean and almost always has what I need. They have been out of random things here and there, but for the most part are fully stocked. The bakery is very nice and accommodating to different designs. They have an excellent alcohol selection at cheaper prices than regular grocery stores. The 4 star review was because I bought two separate Christmas displays from them and they were both so damaged that I had to return them.”

“The Sam's Club in OFALLON is is great wholesale warehouse. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and the prices are very reasonable even if there are only two of you in the house. They usually have the best gas prices in the Metro East. We got a premium membership which paid for itself with the purchase of a full set of tires. They also have a discount pharmacy which is very helpful. We have also purchased batteries at significant savings. The bulk purchases are great for stocking your pantry or buying for the office or shop.”
“Got my Durango. My explorer now I take my f150 .good old school type mechanic. And I always pay less for repairs and labor then anywhere else. They will tow your car to. Just be patient because they are good they have a lot cars to work on ahead.”
