“Always fast and friendly and always seemed to have the size we needed. The only thing that really sucks is getting I and outta the place..... Not easy. AND the LAST THREE TIMES we used them, an EMPLOYEE had the circular drive way blocked with their personal vehicle so we had to park across the major road that is always heavy with traffic. Not safe and a huge Inconvienence! They are CLOSEST to us tho just be aware of the difficulty getting in And out of their parking area.”

I rented, used, and returned truck during the whole time the office was closed because I needed a 2 hour window for short distance!! eI would like to see U-Haul let the customer know if they have a problem to access the app for help or a call for further help with less of the upselling in the interim.”
