Love the after hours feature!!! I rented, used, and returned truck during the whole time the office was closed because I needed a 2 hour window for short distance!! eI would like to see U-Haul let the customer know if they have a problem to access the app for help or a call for further help with less of the upselling in the interim.

Great selection and rental availability. Staff super helpful and friendly. Even though there are 2 locations closer in my town, the Troy storage location is worth the extra 20 minute drive.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had out of multiple military moves as well as when working with clients in the area I will send them to this location which in my opinion is the best I've ever been to.

As a local balloon company, we are constantly renting U-Hauls. The Troy, IL Location has been extremely helpful to us for large orders. They have ample onsite parking to keep our cars safely parked while out utilizing their equipment. The trucks are always clean as well.

Without a doubt the truck we rented was the biggest hunk of junk EVER. I'm still shocked it made the trip. For this we paid almost $2000. Last time we used Penske and we are sorry we didn't use them this time.
