Service by employees is temperamental based on who is working. I have had some pleasant experiences and then witnessed some less than desired customer service. They are quick to tell you No for services or make you wait a long time in line.

I was pleasantly surprised with no wait and friendly employees- in December no less! Shout out to Troy’s postal workers! :)

The staff are always nice when I come in. They were also able to help me with my passport recently.
