The Baymont by Wyndham Tuscola is a hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, often described as amazing and polite. The location is considered fabulous and very nice for the area. Guests find the rooms spacious and perfectly sized, with good showers and a great pool area suitable for families. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, described by some as delicious and nice, but found very disappointing by others. However, the hotel is noted as being very outdated. Some rooms face issues like a drooping mattress, a loud malfunctioning AC, noise from slamming doors and other guests, and occasional cleanliness problems like crickets or a freezer needing defrost. While some report a great stay and would return, others had poor sleep due to disturbances. For a good night's sleep in an updated room, some guests suggest a newer, cheaper hotel nearby.
Was okay. Not much to offer for breakfast. Someone really needs to wash the windows here. Could use basic updates

Clean, comfortable rooms with friendly, helpful staff. Located right off I-57 between Burger King and Dairy Queen. If you get hungry, you have food right next door.

Great Location, friendly staff, check in was easy. My room was clean, AC worked great! When I ask for directions to local Mexican Restaurants and local video gaming places, the directions were very clear Breakfast could have been better I would definitely recommend The Baymont to my friends and family
