Casey’s is a great gas station chain but the Tuscola location is a let down. The biggest issue is that the drinks and snacks are never stocked in the shelves, and there are always crates of snacks stacked places waiting to be put away, making it tricky to find anything.

Delivery is NEVER available anymore. At least Pizza Hut uses Door Dash when they don't have a delivery person. Casey's is missing out on a lot of money.

Placed an online order for delivery went through just fine picked my delivery time of 6pm at 625 pm called the store to find out what was going on with my order the man that answered the phone was very confused why I was calling and had to repeat 4 times why I was calling to him getting very rude and aggressive on the phone saying my order was for the 19th not the 17th then he hung up on me (the money was already taken out of my account ) so I went to the store upon getting there the lady at the register was very polite and understanding at this point the man from the kitchen cam out with the receipt slamming it on the the counter stabbing it with his finger saying look look look it is right here the 19th trying to still be polite I simply wanted my food I had paid for I just said my I have a refund please this was the worst experience I have ever had in my life never going back

I love Casey's and always will. This specific Casey's consistently runs out of a product I purchase. They told me it's not their problem and to buy something else. The way I see it, I will now go to another gas station in town instead. Like I said, I love Casey's but I will avoid this one. I just don't want to make it their problem...

I want a reciept when I purchase something. Casey's in Tuscola has not printed a reciept at the pump in a long time, as in years. They obviously dont want my bussiness. I can go elsewhere!

The employees here are phenomenal though! I truly appreciate the staff they have, they are so kind. Their air pump never works. Pizza is rarely available for grab and go, especially if you go in an hour before close they have the pizza racks cleared and empty. Pumps half the time don’t work for receipts or prepay.

The employees make this place. Unfortunately there’s trash everywhere regularly, I’ve tried calling multiple times to order at different times/dates and have gotten voicemail. I go there 45 minutes to an hour before close at sometimes to pick up a slice of pizza after work and there is nothing in the rotator. Their pumps rarely ever work, you have to go in to pre pay. The air pump for tires doesn’t work even though they have a new one that makes you pay. I think upper management needs to do their part and support their employees at this location! Higher up is failing their hard working employees who love their job. It’s a shame I’d rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to the Casey’s in Atwood than the one in Tuscola, even though that’s where I live.

They been out of paper for months at the pump. To get a printout sometimes you have to stand in line. Nothing out there to clean your windshield with. I go to many Casey's, St. Joseph, Urbana, Toronto, Sydney and others. There's none the one in Tuscola. Sad.

Casey's is a chain gas station that sells a little bit of everything. They populate small towns that don't have much else and have monthly sales that make it worth joining their rewards program.Fresh made donuts and pizza to go, cold sandwiches, breakfast items until 10-10:30 am, and other small town store items made this a one stop if you don't mind paying for the convenience.
