I just have to say that Hannah was absolutely amazing at helping me navigate what to do when we suffered damage to our house. I was so lost at what needed to be done in order to start the repair process. After a quick visit to the office, Hannah had my claim filed and the ball rolling on the project. Very pleased with the service Hannah provided.

Many years ago Kathy pressured some insurance on me about plumbing and sewer lines to the house and of course you think this is just a way to make more money but I said yes to get her to leave me alone. ? Fast forward 5-6 years down the road I'm handed a quote for over $7,000 to replace my outside sewer line. ? Me remembering something about it calls and visits with Mimi. Still covered. I cannot thank this group enough for saving my butt when I needed it most. Thank you all so much.
