The local rental agent went out of his way to find a truck for my move. He followed up when another U-Haul location ignored his request to provide a truck. And he made a 2-hour round-trip drive on a Sunday to pick up a truck so it would be available on the day I requested.

The U-Haul rental experience was horrible! However I cannot give any ill comment toward this specific location. Once I finally got there to get my truck everything was professional and done extremely well. I wish the overall organization could be as well structured as this individuals U-Haul leasing site.

The gentleman here was amazing. Both times I’ve used this location it’s been a great experience. I have an injured wrist and even in -20 temps he helped hook up the trailer as he could see I was struggling. He is a great and I would highly recommend.
