I should have known they were a bad choice when they took an autoclave, a Midmark M9, which I purchased from another physician and which had arrived damaged. The said they could fix it for $1000 They took it, weeks went by, so I contacted them on a Friday to check on it. I was told by the President, Jennnifer, that she would get back to me by Monday. Two weeks after that, I had heard nothing and contacted them again.

The said they could fix it for $1000 They took it, weeks went by, so I called on a Friday to check on it. I was told by the President, Jennnifer, that she would get back to me by Monday. Two weeks after that, I had heard nothing and contacted them again. She was quite unpleasant when she finally responded telling me how busy they are and basically that I should stop bothering them and they would eventually get to me. They brought the unit back and it failed to work, giving me error messages every time I tried to use it. They kept telling me how well it worked for them, and I must be doing something wrong. They finally they came back and it faulted for them as well. They took it, and eventually said they couldn't repair it and they could give me one of their refurbished models for another $1000. They brought that unit back with a slightly damaged screen from my original unit. There was water under it and they said it was from moving it. I travel a great deal and it took a while before I realized that it leaked from the bottom everytime I used it. It was beyond the 6 month warranty period when I contacted them about the leakage. It took 5 weeks for them to respond to either phone calls or email. They then denied that it leaked when they tried it at my office, and refused to deal with me anymore. All in all, terrible service from unpleasant people who like to blame the customer for their errors and refuse to deal with you when you ask them to repair a unit they supplies. I would warn anyone away from these people. They spend a lot of time telling you how everyone else they deal with is very happy and the problem must be you.
