Excellent Service…From start to finish of our Out of State move to Tennessee was great. Everyone from this company was involved to make our moving transition a smooth one. Definitely would recommend this company over the others out there. The communication during this whole process was amazing. From the careful handling of our belongings, competitive pricing, and their great reputation for resolving any issues that may arise. Having moved a few times, I found this move to be the easiest and the most stress-free ever! Phil, Amy, and the rest of their team were as knowledgeable and professional as it gets. We moved from a Chicago suburb to Indianapolis and they did the pickup and delivery within 24 hours of each other! They also took half of our belongings to a storage unit close to our new place. There wasn't a request that they disappointed on. I would confidently refer anyone to use them and my family will only use them going forward. Thank you for the outstanding service, Skyline!

17 July 23 /18 July 24 driver Roger and passenger Chris were awesome. Seen them a week prior.. for military moves.. these 2 are very professional, helpful, nice. Could keep going on and on. Cherish these 2 . lol hopefully we we’ll see them soon again. We need more like them on military moves. Or why not give them a raise lol ?

Had the best experience with Sam & Mike! I got a phone call prior to arrival, the guys showed with with great attitudes, they were careful with all the items. If I could, I would give 0! stars and the only reason would be an older guy in charge of the loading dock. I'm a truck driver and I was delivering there today. I was told to check in with this guy after I backed up to the dock. This guy was disrespectful, rude and was using a foul language towards me for no reason. I will not deliver here ever again.

Had 3 people to assist with recent move and 1 seriously couldn't keep up. I'm double their age and had to assist with move to complete in a timely matter given 2 were not in shape to be doing this job. Itemed were dropped during move, which luckily were not breakable. Boxes marked as fragile had heavy boxes stacked on them. Didn't follow Covid-19 guidelines during move as website stated would be followed with none of the movers wearing masks. Had used previously in 2020 without complaints, but have told multiple people to steer clear when they have inquired about movers to use. To top it off, they damaged all my furniture that I paid to put in their storage when paying top dollar to have it protected with reimbursement that won't even buy me a new chair for the table and chairs they damaged. They deny that the items were damaged in their care when this was the first time they were moved since purchased. Horrible customer service, horrible business that will not stand by their services or agreements.
