I have been working with Justin for the last 6 months and he has been not only honest, but trustworthy, fair, and has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure our lawn mower is working properly with turn around time minimal! I would recommend anyone needing true professional, kind, and genuine caring about his costumers needs, to ask for him!

We went in to get my grandma a new zero turn lawn mower. They greeted us as soon as we walked in. Pete was very informational and polite.
Grandma was approved and is having her lawn mover delivered to her house. We were in and out in under an hour.

I’ve had issues with the service department for garden tractors at the Urbana store. If this happens to you & you feel like you are not being heard &/ or problem not fixed , go to AHW Solutions off of north Mattis at the interstate park. A young lady named Lisa , and Scott Berry helped me & did give me a solution. . I thank you Lisa & Scott. My mower works!!!!!!!!

I was not impressed with the experience or service of purchasing my new mower. First, the sales rep who works at the solution center would not follow up on emails, I did (the customer). I felt as if I was left in the dark on where the equipment was and was told I’d get a purchase contract on Wednesday to sign. It wasn’t until the following Monday that I got it. Once the equipment arrived, it was delivered without a hitch that was supposed to already be on the machine. The hitch was located in the bag with the owners manual. I attempted to put it on myself but could not as there is a plate on there and the whole back end had to be removed. When the service manager called me, I was told that “it shouldn’t be that difficult, but we will send someone to look at it.” The tech came out and had to pick it up and take it back to Urbana to take off the back end, so yeah, it is that difficult. Needless to say, I should have went somewhere else.

I'm sorry to say I'm quite disappointed in the recent (and only) experience I've received here. I became a first time customer of AHW purchasing a used garden tractor a couple months ago. I felt like the salesman gave me a great deal on it; he even "threw in" an annual service/tune-up package since he indicated, "it sounds a little rough," which I agreed and thought sweetened the deal. We scheduled service for about 5 weeks after my purchase since that was the only time available. In the mean time, since there didn't seem to be any issues with the unit, I mowed my lawn and did some chores adding about 4 hrs to the engine.They picked up my tractor on a Monday and I hadn't heard from them by Tuesday morning so I called Tuesday afternoon to ask when I could expect it back. They indicated I'd have it back by the end of the week. I did not expect it to take that long, nor was it indicated to me prior that it would. It seemed like they picked up my tractor just to let it sit in their service department.The next day (Wednesday) I received a call that they discovered a mechanical issue that "it appeared it was low on fluid and there was some wear that needed to be repaired." The cost for parts and labor was to be about $800! I said that I believe that this was an existing issue when I purchased the tractor and I shouldn't be responsible for the cost. They eventually agreed to cover 1/2 the charges, but I don't believe I should have been responsible for any of it.If the unit wasn't ready to be used immediately it never should have been sold in the first place. I initially felt good about my purchase but now I feel like I got ripped off. I'm really disappointed and I don't know that I'll ever come back.
