Took a dead laptop in hoping to revive it. The guy was nice enough, but suggested I buy one of his rebuilt computers. I asked about prices and what he had and wasn't interested at that point. He said he charged $35 to do diagnostics on my laptop. I left the laptop with him, hadn't heard back from him in two days, and then just decided to get a new laptop, which I did. I went back the next day, so three days after I dropped it off, and he still hadn't looked at my laptop. I decided to take it and didn't have to pay, which was good, but I was surprised he hadn't even looked at it. I ended up, through googling some things and trying them on my own, getting the laptop working again. My overall impression was just that he didn't really care about getting my business. That's ok, just not my cup of tea.

Benchmark Computers are an AWESOME company! The owner and staff are very friendly. The repair staff to include the owner are very knowledgeable about repairing computers and other electronic devices. There is a quick turn around time once you leave your electronic device in their care. They have the most reasonable prices in the area for labor and parts. So if you need your electronic device repaired correctly within a short time frame, and at an affordable price, please check out this company. You will be so glad you did! Plenty of free parking is also an added bonus!
