I want to take a moment to recognize Jordan as the best staff member in the office. She always has a great attitude and is incredibly helpful. If there are performance bonuses, I hope she gets one! Unfortunately, not everyone in the office is as kind. Sometimes, when picking up packages, certain staff members are unnecessarily difficult. Even though my name on my debit card matches the name on the package, they still make a big deal out of it and give long, unnecessary lectures about how it won’t work next time.

IMPORTANT WHEN SIGNING LEASE ---- this place makes you charge for the entire month of August, EVEN THOUGH you are there starting on August 22nd. So to be say it again, though we paid an entire month of rent, we could ONLY come into our apartment on August 22nd.
This place makes it seem like you are having decent rent with a lot of amenities, but the rent concession money is clearly made partially back by basically paying more than half of August for no reason. This kind of practice is unethical, and is an abuse of taking advantage of college students that have no experience in signing leases. Consider this, talk with the manager about this before signing a lease.

I've lived here for two years. The price for the room is amazing, and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The transportation is convenient. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

As an employee here, I can personally say that all of our staff goes above and beyond to ensure that we give the best customer service. All of our amenities are well cared for and frequented by our residents. A great place to live!
