Im new to Illinois and Casey's. The cashier Janice was beyond rude and disrespectful. She flat out refused to assist me. Is this how things are done in Illinois/ Casey's??? Very disappointed

We ordered food online. When we got home(3 min drive) and started eating it was all cold. My biscuits and gravy tasted off, freezer burnt I believe. My husband's burrito tastes off as well. If we wanted cold food we would have grabbed it from the warming ovens they store food in for consumers to go grab on their own. Staff was kind when we picked up the order but that was the only positive part of this experience.

If this us owned by Casey's, someone from Des Moines, needs to drive here, clean the men's restroom; I felt like I was in a bar biffy at 2am. Worst Casey's by far I've EVER been to. July, in Iowa and you have one squeegee to clean windshield out of all pumps??

long line at times but workers make sure to get the people in and out i have seen a lady run 2 registers at one time. truly shows how the crew cares and values our business!

This Casey’s makes me sad. I like Casey’s for three things… gas, pizza, and fountain coke. This specific location constantly has their fountain cokes out of order, running clear because they need changed, or when it’s flowing the balance is awful, so so flat and sweet. Are you guys trying these things yourself? Why is it so difficult to keep the fountain coke flowing? At 12:30 PM yesterday there was no pizza available, just a sad slice of cheese that’d been there for a while. The gas is usually fine but yesterday the pump was glitching and it was the final straw.
When I’m hitting the road and want a coke and a slice I’ve just decided to go elsewhere (like literally to the Casey’s in the next town over) because more often than not I can’t accomplish that simple gas station delight.

This is the best Casey’s I’ve been too . Hot pizza in the warmer the lady at the register was nice and helpful. The store was super clean. The Tesla charging stations are really cool . The service overall was great.

Had an Italian Wrap. Was soggy; lettuce was wilted and too many olives. They should leave the sauce off so maybe it wouldn't become soggy.

Been a regular at this location for 7 years, and as expected the pizza is amazing. Today I ordered a pizza and the young lady who works in the kitchen was very friendly and very helpful. I asked for the pizza to be well done, and she did it exactly as I liked it. 10/10 friendly staff and very understanding. Although warmers aren't always filled, that's fine because it seems to get pretty busy around dinner time so I appreciate the kindness even after.
I recommend this place to get pizza.

Absolutely terrible every time I come here. Food is never in the warmer, employees always playing and talking. Kitchen manager leaves employees to work alone while they sit on the phone. Bathrooms are dirty all the time and no one cares about the over flowing trash everyday. Wouldn’t suggest going here ever

Don't come here expecting food to be in the warmers. Came in at 9:30 and there wasint a single slice of pizza for me to purchase. There was 3 old looking breakfast sandwiches. That's it. Oh, and one warmer had a half drank soda in it that's been there since yesterday. It wasint even busy I was the only person in the store besides employees.
I was told that it would be 10 minutes untill a pizza was put into the warmer. I just left. I was told the kitchen manager was there as well as the employee and if thats the case why didint she help the employee? That's money walking right out the door. I regularly take my daughter there for breakfast but I won't be anymore. This isint the first time this has happened. For a store that's know for their pizza this is a big let down. I live close and I have been to this caseys many times over the past 25 years. The new management is a joke. Avoid this place at all costs. Your better off going to mcdonalds.

waited 20 minutes extra for food while the workers joked and messed around then got home and it looks like my pizza has been slammed into the box

had to wait 20 minutes past the expected pickup time because employees were standing around talking. hadn't even started on my order. employees were not apologetic and didn't speak to me when I did finally receive my order. very disappointed as we order from this caseys relatively often and have not received this bad of service until now.
