You have the dumbest people working there. This is the only place in Champaign county and ford county that won’t take my id I am 21 and they refused to sell to me telling me they can’t take my ID say it’s the law it’s not the old hag at the front needs to retire asap it’s not the 60s.

It's where I normally stop for gas or a drink and snacks. The only thing that's changed is the self checkout and it takes some getting used to. Employees are usually friendly and helpful

DONT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TI BE BERATED BY EMPLOYEES. I went in there this morning to get some hot chocolate and it was just dispensing hot water. When I brought this up to an employee, she stated that she didn't know. Then changed her story to say that they were out of cappuccino. I said that maybe they should put a sign on it saying out of order, and she got the bright idea to say to my face that "Why do you all have to be so f**king rude in the morning!" I said I'm not being rude, just thought that you guys should do your job right and let other customers know that it is out of order. IF YOU SEE A SKINNY ARICAN AMERICAN GIRL IN THERE, STAY FAR AWAY FROM HER. CLAIMED IT WAS HER FIRST WEEK.

I've been going to this store for over 10 years based solely on the fact that it's the closest one to my house. This place has been in steady decline, but that decline has accelerated in the past few years. Let me share my experience from 10AM this morning: I roll into the parking lot for a drink. I see the store manager and assistant manager having a cigarette by the dumpster. Nothing unusual. There's another employee standing by the trash can, also smoking. I go inside and wait my turn at the soda fountain. Once finished, I went and stood in line. I was the 9th customer in line. It was backed up across the entire store to the beer cooler. Behind the counter was exactly 1 employee running a register. There was another in the back, making hot food. 5 employees at the store, 9+ customers in line. This isn't uncommon. I've seen employees walk away from a line of customers to go spend 10 minutes to make themselves a cup of coffee. If you go in there at nearly any point from 3PM-11PM you're likely to find 1 person at the register and if there's another person working, they're not actually working the register. Don't get me wrong, it's really not the cashiers that are the problem. The store manager there is in charge of scheduling and training. The one they've had for the past few years seems to spend more time smoking and out of town than actually doing her job. Lately I've taken to driving past this store and going to Lincoln & Bradley for better service and cleanliness. I really miss the store next to Toro Loco.

This place is a hellhole. There are constantly LONG lines inside. Usually, line is due to only one register being open. Typically, a second cashier is somewhere on the property, but isn't working. Today, cashier #2 was carefully watching line from back office, hoping nobody would see her. But you also get dirty floors, filthy bathrooms, lots of litter in the parking lot, and nonstop loiterers outside. Circle K pretty much sucks everywhere I go. I avoid them and patronize whatever alternative is available. But sometimes, I'm stuck dealing with them.

Swiped my debit card, they declined it but cleared my account. Spoke to the cashier and showed proof they cleared my account. I did as the cashier asked and I called to speak with Heidi the following day. She told me she'll make sure the cashier didn't do anything wrong but I need to call corporate. I called on December 1st and still have not recieved a call back.
