I went to buy a bag of chips late at night, and the moment I walked in, a lady acted as if I was there to steal. She even asked me to hand over my backpack before I could shop in the back of the store. I don’t know if that’s normal, but it made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. The way she looked at me—as if I were guilty just for existing—left me with a sick feeling.

I wouldn't buy $1 worth of goods from this place. Overcharged my card for a Red Bull, and they couldn't give me a receipt that morning so I hadn't noticed until days later. Do yourself a favor and make sure you get a receipt or don't buy anything here.

I’m glad I decided to leave this gas station (where they lie about the price of gas online just to get you to come) and go to Murphys at Walmart in Champaign on Prospect Avenue instead where gas was $2.97 (2¢ cheaper) and closer to home.

Came at 11 pm and doors were locked despite they officially close till much later. Road bicycle another two miles further away from my home and by time I got back to pass circle k to go back home customers were inside. I went in to ask and clerk said manager asked him to lock it while he did something , i said “ I get that, but how bout putting on a sign on the door that you’ll be right back in five minutes , I just went 25 minutes unnecessarily out of my way”. Clerk replied, “ah, don’t know what to tell you, I just did what I was told. “

Apparently this place is a gas station. I wouldn't know, because I've never been able to fill my tank here.
Most of the pump handles have been covered with yellow "Out of Order" bags for months, and even those that aren't covered rarely work. Tonight I played Musical Gas Pumps and decided to leave after the third space yielded no results. The pumps themselves are in rough shape and look like salvaged pieces of the Millennium Falcon.
Furthermore, I always seem to "make friends" in the parking lot as soon as I step out of my vehicle. The last one tried to sell me a snow shovel... in July. Another offered to "guard" my car for a tip. At least I admire the creativity!
I've only gone inside once (for a packet of sunflower seeds) and I could have sworn that the attendant growled at me like a housecat preparing for a showdown.
This is the closest gas station to my residence, but I won't bother trying here anymore. Thankfully there are much better Circle K locations just a few minutes away.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DRIVE A FEW MILES FURTHER FOR ONE THAT IS OPEN EVERY SINGLE TIME!
Every single time we have come here at various times of day, always a girl sitting outside on her phone that just says "I'm on my break" all aggressive.. they even turn off the pumps at this, all the time, break time. So even if you just need gas and don't need assistance of any sort, you're screwed because the girl is on her break and doesn't want to be bothered with customers that don't even need their help. Employees should mature up and realize that not everyone needs your help. It's not like we're in Philly where the attendants have to pump for you...
After several times of this, we said "again?" and the girl just covered her face embarrassed; L

Always come here since it’s the closest circle k to my apartment! Staff is always available, and it’s never too busy. There was a time their soda machines weren’t working so that was upsetting but haven’t had issues since!

The employees here are usually nice and pleasant. The store always seems clean to me. A bit annoyed about the several times I've showed up during open business hours and found the store closed though.

Overall a horrible experience and needs better customer service. It shouldn’t take more than 5 mins in a gas station and I feel like I waited too long to get service.

Shouldn’t a 24 hour convenience store actually be open all 24 hours? Apparently they close for breaks - which makes it no longer a store that is convenient.

You need to be lucky to be there and find it open. Many times they just put a closed sign for whatever reason( computer always down, stuff taking a break).
