I’d forgotten to print my order and they were so accommodating in letting me know I could come run home and come back without re-scheduling. I appreciated the great customer service and they were both so friendly and pleasant. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced that level of courtesy in a business setting.”

“I didn't catch her name - but on 1/31 at 3:18 pm, an absolute angel of an employee spent 15 minutes of her time talking on the phone with me about my health concern and shared her similar story with me. She was the kindest, most compassionate employee I have ever encountered during my entire scary health experience. She even offered advice on what she did in her case, and I am so appreciative of the time and effort she spent talking to me. I just wanted to share my experience in hopes that it encourages other people to seek out care for their own scary health experiences. In particular, it is clear that Carle on Windsor has some amazing employees who really do care.”
