ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! Jose Luis was arrogant, disrespectful, and not considerate on any level. He is very sneaky and uses his “knowledge” of owning 3 stores as validation. I would never step foot in this store again and really don’t understand why he is that rude. He was also mean to the person in line before me.

D Taylor at Urbana T-Mobile is a really nice person to deal with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very very helpful. I appreciate his going beyond what he had to in order to make the purchase and set-up easy for me.

D Taylor and the others were amazing! My phone number was in limbo between AT&T and Verizon in a failed transfer of service. They helped me sort it out. I couldn't be happier! The customer service and price couldn't be better:) Thank you so much!!!!!

I give 3 stars because the associates at this store are usually very kind and as helpful as they can be. However, if it wasn't for the friendly associates, I would give it a one star. Unfortunately Metro by T-Mobile as a company, is a "you get what you pay for" kind of deal. The phones they provide are cheap, and nearly unreliable. The service and internet connection only works about 75 percent of the time. When it does work, it's very slow. (Which they advertise it as high speed, so that's false advertising there). Don't bother calling the customer service line with this issue either. They act all friendly, but aren't helpful. If you need a phone, for calling and texting and you need it cheap, I say go for it. Just don't expect to get high speed internet. I would recommend just getting the basic plan, and using your phone over WIFI connection, as it would be more reliable that way, and you won't be wasting your money.

This store refused to help me reach a customer service representative to take care of a problem created by them for not being honest with the customer upon getting a phone. Gave an attitude while on the phone and refused to help. DO NOT get a phone through METRO PCS in Urbana

I bought a phone with new activation. The phone was defective. They called me to get the replacement phone. When I was there, I found that the phone they have is not mine. They waved the shipping fees and sent me the right replacement phone by mail. It arrived after 3 days.

Awesome people working there, they went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted. The guy on Springfield was going to open on Christmas day t for me and pick it up on his way home for me from another store. Then he called other stores close and I ended up driving 3 miles only to get it. And I've had Metro for 5 years I think. Been awesome!
