I had a chunk of concrete come loose at the basement floor below my chimney wall, letting in water when it rained. Ryan Millikan returned my phone call in minutes (other masonry firms I called never called back) and asked if it needed attention that day. Excellent communication! I said it could wait (no rain forecast for the week) and he came over two days later to assess. He did a hydraulic cement patch within the week at a reasonable price. I'm thankful that he treated a small job with the same professionalism of a much larger project.

My husband reached out to get some stonework taken care of on the front of our house and in 24 hrs someone was out at our house! These folks are spot on and did a beautiful job! Customer service and satisfaction are their top priority. Definitely recommend and would use again if needed.

Highly recommend this company. We had water damage to the brick exterior of our house from a gutter that had fallen. They got out there, gave us a reasonable estimate, and got the work done. It looks great. Appreciate them helping us out even though this was a small job, and they were great communicators too.

I'm thrilled with my new patio! The old one had sunk and cracked over the years and was channeling runoff toward the foundation. Ryan was very communicative, and his team did a beautiful, professional job. This patio will remain solid long after I'm gone! Would definitely hire them again.

I can't say enough good things about Ryan and his team. They were professional, efficient, and did exactly what he said he would do with quality workmanship. On our driveway project he even went the extra mile as to fill in around the edges and even replaced pieces of sod so the grass would run all the way up to the new concrete. 5 out of 5 stars highly recommend.

We contacted Millikan Masonry after a storm left trees on the roof and structural damage to our chimney. We experienced great response times with our initial inquiry, submission of a bid and subsequent correspondences. We were pleased that they were willing to accept such a small repair 30miles south of Urbana. Their workmanship is excellent.

Big “THANK YOU” to Ryan and his professional crew.Our existing brick mailbox was over 30 years old and crumbling. We were worried because our home and matching mailbox are Distressed or Clinker style brick. We contacted Millikan Masonry and they came out and gave us a very reasonable bid.Ryan and his crew came in the next 2 weeks to tear down our old and rebuild our new mailbox. He was able to salvage some of the original bricks along with new ones for the build.We are so pleased with the finished product!Thank you so much Millikan Masonry!!!We will definitely call you in the future should we need any more brick or stone work done!!!

Ryan has done two masonry jobs for us and we couldn't be happier. His work is excellent! He is also wonderful to work with. He communicates well, keeps his word, follows through, and is very professional. We highly recommend him.

Excellent service and communication. An unexpected foundation issue came up on a home I was selling that required rebuilding of two section of the concrete block foundation. Ryan and his crew were able to diagnose, quote and make the (major) repair in a timely manner. I received updates during the project and the site was left as clean as could be given the nature of the work.

A short decorative brick wall had mortar cracks from age and weather. Millikan answered our inquiry promptly, came out soon and replaced mortar with color-matched new mortar in several places. They were responsive, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. We plan to have them back to seal the wall before winter.

We used Millikan Masonry last summer, so when we had another emergency, we knew exactly who to call.While doing unrelated repairs to our home, our contractor uncovered a huge hole in our foundation and could not finish the job until it was fixed. Millikan Masonry came out last-minute on a Friday afternoon and then followed up on a Sunday to repair our foundation before a huge storm hit Champaign and flooded our basement.Because of their work, our basement remained dry. They saved not only our home, but our sanity!10/10 would recommend Millikan Masonry!
