“From day one this place has been stellar. There used to be one lady who was there every time I went and she was so welcoming. Now there is more staff and they are great just like her! As I walked in one new guy made eye contact and said, “Hello!” And did the same with my mother and another gentleman whom walked in afterwards. We all said, “Hello,” back. Then Eric Z. came and said, “Hello, how can I help you?” He processed the payment in a timely manner. That guy deserves to be promoted. I remember seeing him as he first started and I saw how quickly he caught on to everything. I support Boost Mobile of Urbana and recommend coming here for plenty of seating and friendly staff.”
