CVS Pharmacy in Urbana is a convenient neighborhood location open seven days a week, including nights and weekends. The staff is very good, and the pharmacists are friendly, informed, and great to work with. They care about their customers, offer advice, help look for savings, and explain medicine in detail. Many find it the best pharmacy in town with great customer service that leaves people with a smile. It is considered far superior to another local location in terms of knowledge, medicine availability, speed, and ease. However, there can be occasional inconveniences like long lines and needing to check out twice for different items.
The experience what good but the pharmacy window and surrounding area was very obviously neglected and unclean. For a place where sick people might come around alot to get medicine, it sure was dirty....
